Wagering Requirement / Rollover
This is the number of times you must bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it. So if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 15x rollover, you need to place bets totalling Rs 15,000 before cashing out.
Example: Bonus Rs 1,000 × 15x rollover = Rs 15,000 in total bets required before withdrawal is unlocked.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
While playing with active bonus funds, most platforms cap the maximum stake per round. Exceeding this limit can void your bonus entirely. At s9game, the standard cap is Rs 500 per bet while a bonus is active.
Example: You have a Rs 5,000 active bonus — your maximum single bet is Rs 500 until the wagering requirement is met.
Game Contribution
Not all games count equally toward your wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, meaning every Rs 100 staked clears Rs 100 of the rollover. Table games like blackjack or roulette usually contribute only 10–20%.
Example: Rs 1,000 on slots = Rs 1,000 cleared. Rs 1,000 on blackjack (10% contribution) = only Rs 100 cleared.
Bonus Expiry
All bonuses come with a time limit. You must complete the wagering requirement within this window, or the bonus — and any bonus-derived winnings — are forfeited. Standard windows are 7, 14, or 30 days depending on the offer.
Example: A welcome bonus credited on 1 January with a 30-day expiry must be wagered through by 31 January.
Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A sticky bonus stays in your account permanently as a wagering tool but can never be withdrawn itself — only the winnings it generates can be cashed out. A non-sticky bonus can be withdrawn once wagering conditions are met.
Example: Rs 1,000 sticky bonus generates Rs 4,000 in winnings — you can withdraw the Rs 4,000 but not the original Rs 1,000 bonus.
Maximum Cash-Out
Some bonuses cap the total amount you can withdraw from bonus-derived winnings. Even if you run a bonus up to Rs 50,000, a Rs 10,000 max cash-out means only Rs 10,000 is withdrawable. Always check this figure before claiming.
Example: Free spin bonus with Rs 8,000 max cash-out — any bonus winnings above Rs 8,000 are not withdrawable.
